Menu of Light
José Luque, the hotel's executive chef, joins this initiative with the Menu of Light, a gastronomic creation inspired by artists' works.
Natalia Nuñez Dato, art historian and curator of the exhibition has carried out the dialogue between the artist's photographs and the chef's proposal.
