New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner
A very special evening when the centenary glass dome dresses up to celebrate the grand New Year’s Eve gala. The perfect setting where a Big Band and DJ Fernando Martínez-Teruel will liven up an unforgettable evening of dancing and fun.
The gala menu was designed by Iván Cerdeño, Spanish chef awarded two Michelin Stars and three Soles Repsol in his restaurant housed in the historic "El Cigarral del Ángel" in Toledo. Entitled as Memories of Toledo, the chef suggests a tribute to his homeland with all the best products and a very contemporary staging. An outstanding menu to ring out the year.
The excellent wines of Bodegas de los Herederos del Marqués de Riscal and Champagne Laurent-Perrier pair this splendid menu.
